I need to boost my swag at parties?

Im not the life of the party, i dont dance, i dont really like to yell or scream to get everyone hype. Ill talk to a girl but wont really walk up to a girl and start talking. Im really handsome but basically have pretty sucky social skills when it comes to a random gathering of people ive never met. I usually text or look on fb on my phone hoping for a girl to sit next to me but it hardly ever works.
