Can someone please tell me how to decide on things?

Haha, this question may seem silly, but I play alot of games, and I'm very indecisive, so whenever I play a game with customization, I always spend my time switching my armor and clothing than playing the game, it's very frustrating, and i end up turning off the console because of it, can some body please give me some tips or something that could help learn to decide on something and just stick with it?
